After Round 15:
WWW - 146 (rd 15: 11 points)
Swish83 - 140 (rd 15: 10 points)
Andy K - 118 (rd 15: 11 points)
Leftfield - 107 (rd 15: 5 points)

In terms of tipping winners only, after 15 rounds it would look like this:
Swish83 - 59 of 90
WWW - 57 of 90
Andy K - 57 of 90
Leftfield - 51 of 90

WWW and Andy K the top tipsters of the round with 11 points each on 5/6 tipping. Leftfield not helping the cause to avoid the wooden spoon with just 5 points on 2/6 tipping!

With 3 rounds remaining, it's looking like a race between myself and WWW for first place, and Andy K and Leftfield battling it out to not finish last! Still plenty to play/tip for

After Round 16:
WWW - 159 (rd 16: 13 points)
Swish83 - 152 (rd 16: 12 points)
Andy K - 132 (rd 16: 14 points)
Leftfield - 107 (rd 16: 3 points)

In terms of tipping winners only, after 16 rounds it would look like this:
Swish83 - 63 of 96
Andy K - 62 of 96
WWW - 61 of 96
Leftfield - 54 of 96

Andy K pulls out a big round to be tipster of the week with 14 points. This has potentially resigned Leftfield to the wooden spoon who had a meager 3 points for the round. A huge effort with accurate margins needed to avoid 4th place, Leftfield!

I managed another correct tip + score by tipping Dandenong to beat Sydney by 4 points. However, it was not enough to close the gap on WWW who continues to hang on to top spot with 13 points for the round.

Well with the Lynx throwing away much hope of finishing top two losing a must win game at home it should make for an interesting round

An amazing call. What on earth made you think the Caps could win, not even a supporter like myself gave them a chance.

Caps pushed Dandy last week and Perth have hit the skids....I was going to place a bet but sportsbet wasn't offering anything.

After Round 17:
WWW - 166 (rd 17: 7 points)
Swish83 - 158 (rd 17: 6 points)
Andy K - 143 (rd 17: 11 points)
Leftfield - 112 (rd 17: 2 points)

In terms of tipping winners only, after 17 rounds it would look like this:
Andy K - 67 of 102
Swish83 - 66 of 102
WWW - 65 of 102
Leftfield - 56 of 102

An interesting round of tipping indeed. Andy K the top tipster of the week for the second week in a row with 11 points and probably the tip of the season for guessing a Caps win (previously 0-21) over Perth.

WWW with a round to forget and only 4 points. Whilst 4 out of 6 games were tipped correctly, in none of these games were the predicted margins within 5 points, therefore only a single point per tip. This has allowed myself to sneak up behind with a 10 point round to be sitting only 1 point behind - the scene is set for a grandstand finish

Leftfield, with only 2 points for the round, is firmly (and most probably permanently) cemented into 4th place.

Swish...you couldn't have scored 10 points, it looks like you scored only 6, 3 correct tips and one within the 6 point margin.

I tipped Perth over Sydney by 6 and they won by 3, that's within 5 shouldn't I get the 3 extra points

Someone should check all the scores from Rd 1, seems like a hard job...I couldn't be bothered, lol.
With amendments seems like you have an 8 point lead WWW! Should be enough to hang on from here with one Rd to go.

I'd def be happy for an audit Anyone got the time??

You're right, I should've only had 6 points - I confusingly thought Sydney had beaten Perth. This is also explains why WWW was short-changed too - sorry. I've amended the original post.

Round of upsets! I guess teams like Bendigo had nothing to play for so Caps get the win, same with SEQ....Bendigo's loss Friday meant they had already made finals and losing and finishing 4th will give tem a home state final (against Fire) rather than having to play a final in Perth...smart loss.

The Final Standings:
1. WWW - 175
2. Swish83 - 160
3. Andy K - 147
4. Leftfield - 113

Tipping winners only:
1. WWW - 68 of 108
1. Swish83 - 68 of 108
1. Andy K - 68 of 108
4. Leftfield - 57 of 108

Congratulations to WWW, the 2015/16 Ozhoops WNBL top tipster of the season!!!

I forgot to put my bloody tips in! The final round as well - good one Swish! That defaulted my tips to the away teams meaning I scored 2 points for the final round and essentially never had a chance of catching WWW who had 9 points for the round, and who was already in a solid position to take the title.

It was a round of upsets and it showed in the tipping - both Andy K and Leftfield correctly tipped only 1 of 6 each! But the result matters little with positions 3rd and 4th probably determined 2 rounds prior.

Interestingly, 3 of us finished the season having tipped 68/108 for the season. But the margin is the big player in this game and that's where WWW showed his/her strength.

Looking forward to next season, and hopefully a few more players next time

Why thank you swish, and thank you to you for doing the scoring for the season. Another season of upsets and surprises winning and losing, always a fun ride. Yes it would be great to get a few more involved next season too.
